Prospective Members

The responsibility for operating the Kentucky Law Journal belongs to those students at the College of Law selected for membership. To gain membership onto the Journal, rising second-year students must participate in a summer Write-On Program that is co-designed with the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law.

A fifteen-member Editorial Board, led by the Editor-in-Chief, manages the Journal. A faculty adviser provides assistance as needed. The faculty of the College of Law oversees the operations of the Journal as provided in the Kentucky Law Journal Constitution and the Kentucky Law Journal Manual.
