The 2025 Fall Kentucky Law Journal Symposium “Immigration Law in Kentucky and the United States: A Discussion on Current Changes in Immigrants’ Legal Landscape,” addressed how the current administration’s emphasis on immigration affects the practice and study of immigration law nationwide. Discussion topics included crimmigration law, sanctuary jurisdictions, immigrant rights litigation, and Kentucky-specific problems.
The Symposium was held at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law on November 7, 2025 (9:00am - 5:00pm) in the G. Chad Perry III Grand Courtroom #199.
