Favorite KLJ memory: Asking questions to former Supreme Court Justice Steven G. Breyer at our Q&A session. I asked him his thoughts on the following quote by Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.: "[I]f my fellow citizens want to go to Hell I will help them. It’s my job." He did not agree or disagree with the quote. Rather, he spoke to the origins of such a judicial philosophy.
